On behalf of the IDC, Don Rubrow awards $3,000 to the Rusk County Community Foundation. Accepting the gift is Lori Stushek, RCCF board member. A community foundation is a public charity which administers endowed funds and grants to eligible organizations and non-profit purposes within a geographic area. The RCCF has been established to benefit the citizens of the Rusk county community. Pursuant to a challenge grant, an additional $1,500 will be awarded to the RCCF.
