On May 23, 2024, the Ladysmith Park Lions Amphitheater was the site for the annual GIVE 365 Grant Presentations. Each year the GIVE 365 members contribute $365 ($1 a day). Sixty percent goes directly toward non-profit grants, thirty per cent continues to grow in an endowed fund, and ten percent goes toward hosting the associated events. Member dollars are pooled for granting and the members get to vote on who will receive the money. This year there were six recipients who received a portion of the $8500 that was available to grant.
