The purpose of the Raising Highly Capable Kids Fund (RHCK) is to support education classes to build strengthening family relationships in the Rusk County area.RHCK is a 13-week evidence-based parenting program developed to build stronger families by empowering parents with the confidence, tools, and skills they need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children. Established by Beverly and Gordon Dukerschein, this on-going pass-through fund will support the expenses of the RHCK program. Donations are encouraged to continue this educational program throughout Rusk County.
